2018 Pacific District Champions!!

Busy four days. Played 5 games and took the SAT. Thursday morning we defeated the Alaska North Stars 6-0 (41-13 shots). Thursday night we defeated the Washington Wild 5-2 (32-14 shots). Friday morning we had our first rematch against the Alaska All Stars. We dominated the first but couldn't score. They scored on their first two power plays and then a break-away player coming out of the box. Coach rested me after the second; we lost 1-5. :-( Friday evening we defeated the Seattle Admirals 5-0 (35-14 shots). Saturday it was the SAT for me and a couple teammates. Sunday we had our rematch against the Alaska All Stars. One of the things I like about my team is their ability to bounce back and play the big game. We dominated the first (15-9) and scored late in the period. We scored another at 11:13 in the second. We had to kill a couple of penalties and I had to make a couple of big saves. We carried our 2-0 lead through the third. Alaska pored on pressure but I made the saves. We scored a third goal late in the third. Won 3-0 (34-24 shots). USA Hockey Article

I am excited we return to compete in the National Championships, April 5-9 in Marlborough MA.
